Continence & Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

An estimated 13 million adults today experience incontinence - loss of control over urine and stool. But it's important to know that urinary incontinence is not an inevitable symptom of aging or childbirth. It's a disorder that affects adults and children of all ages and lifestyles from athletes to new mothers.

Could this be you?

  • Do you sometimes leak urine before making it to the toilet?
  • Do you have to urinate every 1-2 hours?
  • Do you leak urine when coughing, sneezing or standing up?
  • Have you leaked urine without warning or fear urine loss in public?
  • Do you have urinary or stool leakage problems that interfere with daily activities?
  • Are you currently using protective pads for leakage?
  • Do you have stool control problems or constipation?
  • Do you have pelvic floor pain that has not responded to other medical treatment?

If you answered "yes" to any of the above questions, you may be experiencing urinary incontinence. Take control of your life by seeking medical treatment today.
