Your Rehabilitation Team

Therapy services generally include physical therapy, occupational therapy and/or speech therapy. A physician’s referral is required for rehabilitation treatment, and he or she will work with you to determine which therapy is best for you. Our physical therapists will work very closely with your referring physician to chart your progress and to develop a personalized treatment plan.
