It’s available for children, adolescents and adults experiencing emotional or addiction problems but do not require 24-hour inpatient care.

Your partial hospitalization care team may include: psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical therapists, alcohol and other drug abuse (AODA) specialists, occupational and recreational specialists, nurses, pharmacists, chaplains and nutritionists.

Adult Partial Hospitalization Program

The Adult Partial Hospitalization Program offers individual, group and family therapy and meets four hours each day, Monday through Friday. The full program includes individual, occupational and group therapy, but may be modified and individualized based on patient needs.

Adult programs include a 12-step chemical dependency program, a mental health program that focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, and a mental health and chemical dependency program.

Child & Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program

Children ages 5-11 who require intensive services but do not need to be hospitalized may benefit from a variety of treatment options, including individual, group and family therapy, educational services, and occupational and recreational therapies, such as journalizing, play, music and art therapy.

Adolescents may receive treatment in the Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program. The program provides highly structured mental health treatment and uses individual, group, family therapy, educational services, and occupational and recreational therapies.
