Join doctors and staff for a walk filled with discussion and valuable health tips. If you have questions about health topics, this is an extraordinary opportunity for expert answers. Everyone is welcome.

Our walks are free of charge, but registration is requested. All walks last approximately one and half hours. People of all ages and abilities are invited to participate. Lengths of walks are varied to include all level of walkers.

Attendees are encouraged to bring family members, friends and neighbors!

Please plan to join us on the following dates and times. Dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes and be sure to bring your own water.

Please note that participation in Walk with a Physician is at your own risk. Walks may involve the risks and benefits associated with outdoor walking or stairs indoors. Elevators are available at indoor walks.
