Catholic Community Foundation Provides Ongoing Support for Angel of Hope Clinic

We are pleased to announce the Catholic Community Foundation has once again provided $10,000 in support for the Angel of Hope Clinic.

The purpose of the Angel of Hope Clinic is to provide a place for patients who have little to no access to health services. Wheaton Franciscan Medical Group provides medical support for the Angel of Hope Clinic, a free health clinic housed in the HOPE House, a homeless shelter on Milwaukee’s south side. The Clinic has a specific emphasis on serving homeless, impoverished, undocumented and uninsured persons in Milwaukee. The Clinic has come to be a trusted and vital provider to our neighbors as an integrated emergent analysis center. Furthermore, it has become an invaluable resource to healthcare providers who are able to refer patients to the clinic for disease management.

Funding from community partners like the Catholic Community Foundation is vital to sustaining community services such as the Angel of Hope Clinic. We are committed to serving every member of our community no matter their ability to pay or health care statue. We thank the Catholic Community Foundation as well as many of our other community partners and donors for their similar commitment to the communities we live and work.

You too can help support the invaluable work of the Angel of Hope Clinic by donating here.
