When you visit a patient or attend a function at Wheaton Franciscan – The Wisconsin Heart Hospital Campus, we have special amenities and services to enhance your visit.

ATM
For your convenience, an ATM is on-site.

Floral, gifts and deliveries
Mail, plants, flowers, or other gifts that are sent to patients at our hospital are delivered directly to their rooms. Critical care patients or those with conditions that increase the risk of infection may not receive live flowers or plants.

Cafeteria
Visitors are welcome to eat in the Waterfall Café, located on the 1st floor.

Hours:
Monday through Friday:
Breakfast: 7 – 10 am
Lunch: 11 am – 1:30 pm
Light lunch: 1:30 – 4:30 pm
Dinner: 4:30 – 6:30 pm
Grill food available: 11 am – 6:30 pm

Vending machines in cafeteria are available 24 hours a day.
Guests may also order through room service. Please talk to the patient’s caregiver for more information.

Cellular and digital phones
Cellular and digital phone use is permitted in patient care areas, but must remain a minimum of three feet from medical equipment.

You may notice nursing staff using a portable phone on the nursing floors. These devices are different than a cellular or digital phone and are used as a part of their work routine. These portable phones pose no risk to medical devices.

Meditation room
A meditation room is on the 1st floor next to the public restroom.

Parking
The Wisconsin Heart Hospital Campus offers free parking in two locations:

• North - parking structure behind the hospital on 99th Street and Wisconsin Avenue 
• South - surface lot at the hospital’s main entrance on Bluemound Road

Smoking
The Wisconsin Heart Hospital Campus is a smoke-free facility. We expect that patients and visitors will refrain from smoking while on hospital property. If you would like information on strategies to stop smoking or receive support during this hospitalization, please talk to your nurse or physician.

Visitors’ rest and relaxation
Visitors may relax in any of the lounge areas in the 2nd floor suites or in the north and south atrium.

WiFi services
All patient rooms at The Wisconsin Heart Hospital Campus have wireless Internet. Bring your personal laptop device with Internet capabilities and enjoy the Web.
