Wheaton Franciscan – St. Joseph Campus offers a valuable resource for stroke survivors, families, friends and caregivers to share, learn, grow, and – most important – continue to heal.
Our monthly Stroke Support Group provides opportunities to share and learn about:
- Peers’ experiences and concerns relating to stroke
- Coping skills for the changes in activities of daily living
- Traditional and nontraditional healing therapies
- Stroke causes, treatments and prevention
- Community resources
