The Foundation for St. Francis and Franklin is “committed to transformation and caring for those in need.” As a part of these commitments, we reach out to patients who have been helped and healed through Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare programs at WFH – St. Francis and Franklin, the Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital and throughout our Central Market Medical Group Clinics. Sharing your story with the Foundation will inspire donors and community members to support the exceptional and compassionate health care services our doctors and nurses provide every day.

A member of the Foundation staff will contact you directly to coordinate a brief phone or in-person interview. You will have the opportunity to read a transcript of your interview and will be provided information about where and how it will be shared. Typically, patient stories are included in our web and written communications.
