"I can't begin to THANK YOU enough for assisting me in obtaining the life support program for my mother. Yesterday (the day after her release from Elmbrook) was a very hectic day for her. We were visited by her physical therapist for three hours, the medical equipment people for an hour, and your WONDERFUL representative, Pam. Mother was rather stressed by the afternoon and Pam fully could see that and made her feel at ease. Pam explained everything, made the necklace into a bracelet for her, demonstrated the system’s functions and made SURE Mother knew exactly how it worked. Pam was so caring and thorough, she made me want to cry to think all of you cared for her in the same manner I care. This system makes me feel secure as well, as I know your people will call me if Mom needs me, as I work from 7:00am to 5:30pm every day. I am impressed with the whole package from my first contact with you to the end of our visit with Pam. The service is totally impressive as are you and your staff and I can't thank you enough." - Bonnie Jean J.

"In February my mother opened her front door to get her paper off the porch. We don’t know how but she fell. She pushed her Lifeline button and they contacted my brother who went over there immediately. When he got there she was laying on the front porch in the freezing weather. He could her Lifeline talking and he asked them to call 911. He went and got all the blankets off her bed to cover her up until the rescue squad came. She wanted my brother to pick her up and take her in the house but when my brother looked at her leg and could see that her one leg was about five inches shorter than her other one. She broke her leg in ten places and broke her wrist. We are very grateful for Lifeline, without it mom could have frozen to death. – Thank you Lifeline."
