Nutrition Counseling

Eat Well. Live Well.

Maintaining good health requires sound nutrition and healthy eating habits. Whether you have coronary artery disease or high blood pressure, suffer from diverticulosis, or need to lose weight, our experienced outpatient dietitian nutritionists can work with you to develop realistic and achievable nutrition goals. Our experts use evidenced-based nutrition counseling to create a plan that's based on your specific needs and desired, optimal outcomes.

Nutrition Counseling

Initial Consultation

At nutrition counseling, your Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) will learn about your eating habits, lifestyle and goals. You will learn about how your diet impacts your health, including how to make dietary changes to improve your health.

Together, we will create an individualized plan that will help you reach your health goals through nutrition.

Follow-up Sessions

Routine follow-up visits with your RDN are strongly encouraged and are essential for long-term success. You will be provided with your RDN's contact information to call with any of your diet or eating concerns. A progress report will be sent to your physician (if required) regarding information that was covered in the nutrition consultation and follow-up appointments.
