  • CHAMPION PCI
    Acute Coronary Syndrome   ( Undergoing PCI )

    This Phase III clinical trial is evaluating cangrelor, a fast-acting, reversible, intravenous (IV) antiplatelet agent for preventing platelet activation and aggregation during the clotting process, in patients undergoing coronary procedures ( e.g. PCI ).

 

  • PFO ACCESS Registry
    (Stroke patients with presumed embolism through a PFO)

    The primary objective of the PFO ACCESS Registry is to allow access to the APLATZER PFO Occluder in subjects with a PFO who have already experienced at least two cryptogenic strokes fue to presumed paradoxical embolism through a patent foramen ovale (PFO) and who have failed conventional drug therapy.

 

 

  • Visipaque
    ( Patients with Unknown Coronary Artery Disease undergoing Coronary CTA )

    This is a Phase IV registry study for patients with chest pain syndrome and an intermediate pre-test probability of CAD undergoing coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) examination as part of a routine work up. This study is being conducted to compare the CCTA scan (CT scan of the heart) results with any heart related problems the patient may have 1-month, 6-months and 12-months after the scan.
