Through a wide network of care and support, we offer a full continuum of care in physical rehabilitation, injury prevention and education in the setting that best meets each individual's needs. Services are available at hospitals, transitional care facilities, at many outpatient centers, in patient's homes and throughout the community.
Acute rehabilitation is provided to inpatients by physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists. We serve cardiac, orthopedic, medical/post-surgical, neurological and critically ill patients at all of our hospitals.
Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation is designed for patients recovering from illness or disease and who may benefit from a more intense therapy program guided by all of our specialists. Several of our hospitals have an accredited Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Center where an interdisciplinary team works intensively with each patient to promote the most favorable outcome.
We offer a complete array of physical rehabilitation services at outpatient sites throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Using the most advanced equipment and techniques, our rehab experts provide education, screening, evaluation, treatment and consultation for patients with a wide range of neurological and medical diagnoses.
With our comprehensive, individualized approach, patients are able to return to family, work and community commitments sooner than ever.
