The Memory Diagnostic Center in Milwaukee is designed to provide support to individuals with mild to severe memory loss, as well as the friends and family members who are part of their lives. Our staff of compassionate experts is available to help with opportunities to prevent or slow memory loss, or cope with advanced memory loss.

ServicesAt the Memory Diagnostic Center , services are coordinated with your primary care physician and are provided by an interdisciplinary team which includes physicians, psychologists, registered nurses (RNs), and social workers.

The Memory Diagnostic Center welcomes inquiries on behalf of individuals interested in maintaining brain health, people who want to slow the progression of memory loss and anyone who may be experiencing forgetfulness or loss of cognitive function. Memory consultations can be arranged by your primary care physician, the patient, or a caregiver who may call directly on behalf of a patient. The Memory Diagnostic Center also provides support for family members, including them in the enhancement process, or assessing their needs and suggesting resources to enable them in their care of the patient.
The Memory Diagnostic Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, self-payment, private insurance, and some HMOs (with pre-authorization).
