Heart Care Alumni Fitness Programs
The people who attend the outpatient heart care rehabilitation program enjoy it so much that many join the Alumni Fitness program after completing the initial outpatient program. For a nominal monthly fee, participants can use the same type of exercise equipment but at their own leisure and in a separate area.
Educational resources are available and it is also an opportunity to socialize with others who have been throught the cardiac rehab programs. Professional heart care rehabilitation staff is on hand to answer any questions.
