Patient Navigator
Don't face cancer alone. Our Patient Navigator understands, and is here to help.
Cancer is a life-changing experience, but you don't have to go through it alone. Our Navigator, provided in partnership with the
American Cancer Society, will be there to work in conjunction with our other support services. Here are just some of the things your
Navigator can do for you:
- Assist you in identifying local and national resources
- Answer your questions about cancer and provide high-quality, timely information
- Arrange for medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers and beds
- Connect you to programs and services provided by the American Cancer Society
- Connect you with wigs, hats and prosthesis
- Locate transportation and lodging options
- Provide free, confidential, individualized assistance
In Milwaukee call (414) 874-1166 and ask to speak with the Navigator.
