Billing Consultations
Health care billing is complex and can be rather confusing. To better meet the needs of our patients and their families, Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare is offering consumers the chance to sit down face-to-face with our billing associates to resolve outstanding questions.
Schedule Appointments
Patients or their authorized representatives can schedule appointments with billing associates. Appointments are recommended by calling (414) 456-3200 or 1-866-960-9100 during the hours of 7:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Please bring copies of your statements, Explanation of Benefits from your insurance carrier, and your insurance card.
Billing associates are able to answer questions related to bills that were for services provided at any Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare site or Wheaton Franciscan Medical Group.
