Free Smoking Cessation support group for adult individuals, their friends and family at any stage of the quitting process. The focus of this program is to help people develop a quit plan, discuss different ways to quit, and learn about the different products available to assist in smoking cessation. The group is facilitated by Jenny Ovide, RN, BSN, an educator experienced in behavior change.
