Our facilities are unique in that each is located on a hospital campus, providing patients with comprehensive and coordinated care at all times. Geriatric nurse specialists and the Hospital Elder Life Program can assist geriatric patients with dementia. Each facility provides in-house therapy and activity programs that are customized to meet resident needs and also offer comprehensive patient and family education.
