Our Stork’s Nest program offers care for low-income women and their babies throughout pregnancy, delivery and early parenting months. This program encourages women to embrace strong perinatal care for the health and wellness of their babies and themselves. Administrated in collaboration with the March of Dimes and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, the program offers incentives for women to make and keep medical appointments. After baby is born, mom can cash in points for supplies, clothing and more.
Yearly, there are approximately 400 pregnant women who receive care for their pregnancies at the Women’s Outpatient Center. Many of these woman have no other resources available to them.
