The Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare System is committed to living out the healing ministry of Jesus by providing exceptional and compassionate health care service that promotes the dignity and well-being of the people we serve.
In Service to Excellence
The Foundation advances Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare’s mission by securing funds to sustain and enhance the exceptional health care services provided by St. Joseph, the second largest private hospital in Milwaukee, and at its outpatient centers: Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – Wauwatosa and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-Brown Deer, part of the YMCA Healthy Lifestyle Village campus.
The Foundation is particularly proud of its support of St. Joseph’s specialties, such as care for women and families, including obstetrical and neonatal care, as well as cardiac, cancer, and rehabilitation services. The Foundation also helps sustain St. Joseph’s charitable care program, which contributes more than $8.6 million annually to the healthcare needs of low-income and other vulnerable patients.
