“Having a Ball in the Fall” golf event, benefits the Emergency Department to meet the needs of our growing diverse community. Since 63% of all hospital admissions are through the Emergency Department and with a growing numbers of patients, we have a critical need to expand and update our facility. The renovation includes expanding the ambulance bay area, adding seven treatment rooms, fifteen urgent care treatments rooms and designing two mental health and addiction care rooms, to meet the needs on the south side of Milwaukee. Your support of this event will help over 41,000 people in our community.
Tribute to Caring - October 1, 2009 at the WI Club
The Tribute to Caring event benefits uninsured and under insured patients referred to the Reiman Center for Health and Wellness, located at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-St Francis, to underwrite the cost of mammograms and related health services with a special emphasis given to Hispanic and other minority women. This event also supports the Su Salud (Your Health) program which provides a cultural companion and linguistic services t patients and promotes a special outreach into the community providing women’s health education and support
