Women are empowered to be champions of their own health at the Pavlic Center. Within the warm and caring environment of the center, women receive diagnostic testing, counseling, education and support, with an emphasis on preventive care and wellness.

Breast Health
As one of the area’s leaders in breast health, the Pavlic Center offers a wide variety of breast health capabilities including all digital mammography, breast ultrasound, ultrasound-guided needle core biopsies, stereotactic needle biopsies, needle localization and other forms of breast health testing. If extra studies or tests are necessary, each patient receives a vast multidisciplinary and personal approach to individual health care.
Visitors utilizing breast health services will be treated to a convenient setting with privacy and comfort at the forefront. The mammography area features spacious changing areas, bathrooms, robes and close proximity to a mammography suite.
Breast Care services include:
- Full-field digital mammography
- Second-read on every case using Computer-Aided Detection (CAD)
- Breast ultrasound
- Breast MRI imaging and biopsy options
- Image-guided breast biopsy and stereotactic breast biopsy
- PET/CT scan
- On-campus Center for Cancer Care featuring radiation oncology, medical oncology and access to clinical trials
- Lymphedema clinic staffed by certified lymphedema therapists

Wellness Screenings and Services
Bone Density Testing
Bone density is used to determine if you have osteoporosis or are at risk for a fracture. Bone mass can be measured using a small amount of radiation to determine the bone density of the spine or hip. This simple, painless test can also be used at intervals to monitor bone loss.
Continence
Our goal is to help you improve control of your bladder and bowel functions (including urge, stress and leakage) and to reduce constipation and pelvic floor plain. We offer a wide variety of treatment approaches to address continence issues and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Fibromyalgia/Chronic Pain Program
The Fibromyalgia/Chronic Pain Program is a comprehensive approach to the management of fibromyalgia. Individualized sessions help patients focus on improving sleep, managing pain, stretching and strengthening, nutrition planning and more. A support group also meets monthly.
Osteoporosis Management and Prevention
Prevention and early treatment have a major role in reducing the risk of fractures from osteoporosis. This program is designed to treat all stages of osteoporosis and those who are at risk.
Massage, Movement and Energy Offerings
The Pavlic Center offers a wide variety of individual and group classes for massage, movement and general wellness activities. Massage and energy therapies are recognized as practices which provide long-term wellness benefits. When used in conjunction with medical care or treatment, outcomes can lead to healthier, happier and more productive lives.
Cosmetic Services
The Pavlic Center’s cosmetic laser services offer the most current technology available for skin health and rejuvenation, laser hair removal and treatment of other skin irregularities. All procedures are performed by experienced laser certified Registered Nurses in a private medical setting. In some cases, referrals may be made to our team of plastic surgeons, dermatologists or oncologists.
