ROAD CONSTRUCTION IN AREA OF HOSPITAL June 15, 2010 through Mid-August |
Waukesha County will be replacing the current four-way stop intersection at Barker Road (County Hwy. Y) and North Avenue (County Hwy. M) with a multi-lane roundabout.
PLEASE NOTE: The route you take to access Elmbrook Memorial may be affected. The intersection will be open to traffic during construction, but motorists WILL NOT be able to go east and west through the intersection on North Avenue. Eastbound North Avenue will be closed to all traffic at Barker Road during the construction project. The County is encouraging motorists to use Gebhardt Road or River Road to avoid the construction.
Emergency vehicles will be able to travel east and west to access the hospital.
