Our Mission
The Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – Elmbrook Memorial Foundation actively builds and sustains philanthropic support for the advancement of health care in our surrounding communities. The Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare System is committed to living out the healing ministry of Jesus by providing exceptional and compassionate health care service that promotes the dignity and well being of the people we serve.
Fulfilling that mission means providing programs and services our patients need and continuing to care for all those who walk through our doors – regardless of their ability to pay.
In Service to Excellence
The Foundation advances Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare’s mission by securing funds to sustain and enhance Elmbrook Memorial’s exceptional health care services. The Foundation is particularly proud of its support of Elmbrook Memorial’s specialties, such as cancer care, women services, surgical and bariatric services.
The Foundation also helps sustain Elmbrook Memorial’s charitable care program which contributes annually to the health care needs of low-income and other vulnerable patients. Additional Foundation funds assist Elmbrook Memorial’s community support groups, and health care screenings.
