All Saints - Visitor Information

Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – All Saints believes that family and friends play an important role in supporting the health and healing of our patients. While we encourage you to visit, we also need to ensure all patients receive the quiet and rest necessary for a speedy recovery.

Visiting Hours
General visiting hours are 11:00 a.m – 8:30 p.m.

Spiritual Services
Your spiritual wellness is important to us at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. Our ecumenical chaplaincy staff provides comfort and spiritual support to you and your family. We understand that being in the hospital often gives you time to think about family, friends and significant experiences in your life. You might find yourself questioning previous decisions, choices, or your faith. Chaplains are available to listen to you as you face important decisions or find yourself wanting to find new meaning and purpose.

If you want to tell someone your story, the chaplain is available to listen. In addition to personal conversations with the chaplain, our spiritual services team serves as patient and family advocates and regularly attends family meetings and care conferences and is available anytime to assist with clinical ethical decisions as well.

Chaplains can also provide you times of prayer, sacraments, interfaith worship services, memorial services and grief support. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can be contacted through any staff member in the hospital, or directly by dialing “0”. Your parish priest or minister is welcome to visit, and we encourage you to contact him or her.

Chapel
Patients, families and staff are welcome in our Chapels for quiet reflection, meditation and prayer at any time. On the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – All Saints Spring Street Campus, a chapel is on the first floor near the Gift Shop. An ecumenical chapel, St. Luke’s Chapel, is located on the third floor of the St. Luke’s Health Pavilion. There is also a chapel at All Saints at 1320 Wisconsin Avenue.
