Mental Health and Addiction Care

The experienced and compassionate staff at Wheaton Franciscan Mental Health and Addiction Care at All Saints wants you to know that there is hope when it comes to coping with your mental health or addiction.  We provide a full line of services for persons experiencing mental illness, addiction, emotional and relationship problems.

We Can Help You Cope

Our expert staff consists of therapists, drug and alcohol counselors, psychologists, nurses, psychiatrists, chaplains, occupational and activity therapists, teachers and assistants, dietitians and pharmacists.

The inpatient treatment programs are located on the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - All Saints -1320 Wisconsin Avenue Campus in Racine, Wisconsin.  Our inpatient units provide separate comfortable accommodations for adults, adolescents and children. The adult program provides a separate curriculum for those experiencing problems with addiction.

Whether you have a drug or alcohol abuse issue or just need to talk through depression or anxiety, we can help. The first step is to call us and come in for an assessment. You will find our counselors and nurses are understanding, good listeners and able to point you toward the treatment options that are right for you.

First Time Patients

If you are visiting Wheaton Franciscan Mental Health and  Addiction Care at All Saints for the first time, learn more about what new patients can expect and what to bring for a first appointment.

Quality Management

• All of our programs are certified by the State of Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services and the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
• We perform internal concurrent and retrospective case reviews.
• We monitor patient satisfaction for all programs.
• We provide onsite supervision for all therapy staff through our clinical psychologist, psychiatrists and certified Marriage and Family Therapy Supervisor.
• We provide a Client Rights Specialist on staff to assist patients.
• A grievance procedure is available.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Employee Assistance Program is a FREE, confidential and professional consultation service for employees and families of participating employers offering assistance with a variety of personal issues:

• Stress

A large portion of your day is spent at work. Problems of everyday living can have an effect on your ability to perform your job well. Your employer understands that a number of issues can detrimentally affect your job and offers you and your family this EAP benefit to help.

Experienced Counselors

The Employee Assistance Program is made up of a team of experienced professional counselors who have expertise in the areas of mental health, alcohol and other drug abuse issues and employee assistance work. The team will work closely with you to provide professional, confidential and high-quality service.  There are three convenient locations to assist you in Racine, Burlington and Kenosha. 

To find out if your employer is enrolled in the Employee Assistance Program, just call 262-687-2777 and ask to speak to an EAP staff member. A convenient appointment will be set within 24-48 hours for employees and their families of participating employers. At that time, you can discuss your concerns in an objective, caring setting.
