Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - All Saints offers state-of-the-art patient and family-centered care in its Emergency Care Center - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When it’s not a real emergency and you can’t get in to see your doctor, visit All Saints Walk-in Care

An Accredited Chest Pain Center

Our Emergency Care Center experts care for patients needing help for:

• abdominal problems
• cardiac (chest pain) problems
• major or minor trauma
• mental health or addiction emergencies
• minor infections
• respiratory problems
• strokes or other neurological emergencies
• specialty emergencies (eye, ear, nose problems)
• surgical problems
• victims of sexual assault and domestic abuse

Convenient Location and Services
The Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - All Saints Emergency Care Center is located on the Spring Street Campus and offers the following features:

• Dedicated areas for triage, urgent care and trauma.
• Dedicated children-friendly rooms.
• To enhance confidentiality and comfort, rooms are separated with glass doors to reduce sound with pull curtains to maximize privacy. Bathrooms, televisions and DVD players are in each room.
• To better accommodate families, reception areas are available within the Emergency Care Center
• A dedicated Forensic Examination Program Room for victims of sexual assault.
• The design and equipment provides the capability to quickly double the number of patients that could be seen in a disaster.
• Electronic medical imaging capability to view x-rays on the computer screen rather than through hard film …and much more.

Walk-in Care

Ill or injured but it’s not an emergency? Wheaton Franciscan Medical Group Walk-in Care can care for your entire family.

If you have a minor injury or illness, you want to get treated quickly and be on your way. For your convenience, our Walk-in Care physicians provide care to patients of all ages with non-life threatening conditions usually quicker and less costly than emergency room care.

Appointments are not necessary and patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring your applicable co-pay and a list of any medications you are taking to your visit.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–8:00 pm
Saturday, 8:00 am–Noon
Sunday, Noon–4:00 pm
Closed holidays

True emergencies should be treated in the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – All Saints Emergency Care Center or the closest emergency facility.

Conditions that cannot be treated at Walk-in Care:

• Stroke/heart attack
  
• Heavy bleeding
  
• Chest pain
• Severe difficulty breathing
  
• Severe sudden headaches
  
• Intoxication/overdose
  
• Amputations/lacerations
  
• Eye pain/foreign bodies
  
• Gunshot wounds
  
• Loss of consciousness
  
• Shortness of breath
  
• Seizures
  
• Suicide attempt
  
• Pregnancy-related issues
  
• Large bone fractures
  
• Trauma
  
• Severe abdominal pain
  

Prescription refills and treatment of chronic conditions like asthma, diabetes, and should be handled by your primary care physician.
