Private Patient Rooms

However long or short your stay, you'll find that Franklin offers a soothing, healing environment for both patients and their visitors. From the soft natural lighting to the comfortable furniture, the entire hospital has been designed to make your experience as positive and stress-free as possible.

Room Service & Newspaper

Room Service

Select your meal from a menu in your room, and we'll deliver right to you. Just call nutrition services! Guest trays are available upon request.

Free Newspaper

You may request a free Milwaukee Journal Sentinel when you call to order your breakfast through room service.

Valet Parking

Simply pull up to our complementary valet parking service at the main entrance on S. 27th Street, and we'll take it from there. Professional valet drivers will safely park your car and will get it for you when you return. Let us escort you to where you need to be.

Valet parking is available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Mail & Flowers

  • Your mail will be delivered to your room on weekdays, and any mail received after your discharge will be forwarded to your home.
  • Flowers will be delivered to your room.


A full-service outpatient pharmacy is located just inside our main entrance. To contact the pharmacy, please call 414-325-4740 or fax 414-325-4741.

Monday through Friday: 9 am – 5:30 pm

The Café

The Café offers a variety of menu items so you can relax and enjoy a healthy meal. If you’re running short on time, take advantage of our "grab and go" cooler. It’s filled with salads, sandwiches, and tempting desserts.

Monday through Friday: 7 am – 6 pm

Grill & "Grab and Go" Cooler Hours
Saturday and Sunday: 11 am – 6 pm

Gift Shop

A variety of beautiful items – ranging from gifts and aromatherapy products, to magazines, cards, and much more – are available in the gift shop.

Gift Shop Hours
Monday through Friday: 8:30 am – 5 pm.


We have specially-designed lounge areas for visitors on each patient floor and in the main lobby. Specific waiting areas have been designated for families of patients in surgery or intensive care.

Wireless Internet

We have free wireless Internet access throughout the hospital. Bring your own laptop, tablet or other personal device to enjoy the Web.

Prayer Room & Chaplain Services

All visitors are encouraged to stop in the quiet and comforting Prayer Room to pause for a moment of stillness, reflection or prayer. Chaplains and spiritual care staff are also available 24/7 for your spiritual needs.

Care Management Services & Advance Directives

Nurse case managers and social workers will help you and your family deal with ongoing health care needs as well as social, emotional, financial, and other issues related to your medical conditions and procedures. They will also help you complete an Advance Directive.
