At Franklin we provide women with the resources they need to make informed decisions about their health through all the stages of life. For issues ranging from breast health to osteoporosis, gynecological concerns and mid-life health changes we provide resources, diagnoses, support and treatment specific to women’s needs.
If you require a surgical procedure, a diagnostic test or ongoing care, we have many female physicians on staff including radiologists, breast surgeons and OB/GYNs who are sensitive to the unique health care and psychological needs of women.
Women’s Radiology Services
A completely separate woman’s imaging area houses mammography and ultrasound so that you can receive these services knowing that you’ll be surrounded by comfort and coziness in this private area. Special décor and touches were added to make women feel right at home in these comfortable surroundings.
Located on the first floor of the Franklin hospital, the women’s imaging suite includes:

- Ultrasound guided needle core biopsies
- Stereotactic needle biopsies
- Bone health osteoporosis screening
