I am very pleased with Dr. Spurring. I think I made an excellent choice in finding a new PCP since mine retired.

Dr. Spiering is always genuine, concerned, never rushed. My mother (and I) feel very comfortable talking with him. He is open to suggestions or explains why something may not be a good idea.

I have seen Dr. Scheeler and Dr. O'Tool for the past few years. Neither were able to figure out a diagnosis for me, other than constantly prescribing more meds. Dr. Spiering really listened, reviewed my records and made an amazing discovery for my diagnosis.

Nurse and doctor know more stuff about me than I did. I got a shingles shot and was told the after effects. All is good.

I have had 3 visits with Dr. Spiering in the last year since moving to Milwaukee area a little over a year ago. I am in my 50s and have several health concerns. I have not been able to spend enough time with him at a visit to get into my list of concerns. We only address the most urgent. I don't want to have to make 5 or 6 appointments to talk about individual issues and pay multiple fees for visits. So, I am delaying care on several significant issues because I can't get beyond the first one on the list! Further, I was sent a letter to schedule an appointment to review medications. That was the purpose for my most recent appointment. But there was no discussion about medications and the office seemed to be unaware of the request which they initiated! I did have an health issue that we discussed and initiated some new treatment. But we didn't address the supposed reason for the appointment nor did it encourage me that we are ever going to get to some of the other things until they become big enough that they acutely disrupt activities.
