This provider puts me in mind of the jovial "commander" rank doctor that gave me my physical upon separation from active duty on my aircraft carrier [a mans man on delicate issues].

he has not prescribed any medications for me.

always feel comfortable there, Dr Walsh always explains things and will use diagrams if needed. if I have questions, he listens to me and then takes time to explain in words I inferstamd.

I have already sent him another patient. I was totally impressed with the entire appointment and Dr. Walsh is a very good fit for me with anything to do with urology. I have total confidence in him in every way. I really liked how things worked in his office with staff and his demeanor with me as a patient. I felt he listened to me and remembered things I said. He referred back to what I had mentioned on having to leave soon for trip to VA and he then decided to do the tests right then and I just worked around him with his other patients. He saved me from rescheduling or delaying getting help on my issues. Very impressed with Dr. Walsh.

Dr. Walsh always appears to be in hurry. In fact I was called on the day of my surgery to come in earlier because he was ahead of schedule with the surgeries he had that day. I have serious concerns with doctors that hurry with medical operations. My follow up appointment he indicated that they found traces of blood cancer and did not explain what that meant or give me an opportunity to ask for further questions. I will my follow up in four months but I will be requesting a new doctor or transferring to Aurora.

The provider is the only urologist i have ever seen, and he did not know anything about my condition resulting in x-rays that were not beneficial or necessary to diagnose me.
