Dr. Zafonte is a board certified orthopedic surgeon who also has a PhD in stem cell research. He is the Director of Hand and Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgery at All Saints in Racine and is fellowship-trained in orthopedic hand and upper extremity surgery. His practice mainly focuses on treating trauma and musculoskeletal problems of the upper extremity from the fingertip to the shoulder, but he also practices general orthopedic surgery. In addition, he has an interest in arthritis and performs both anatomic and reverse total shoulder replacements.
