Dr. Zafonte did not listen to me. He googled what he believed my injury was, after I pointed out I had no pain in that area he passed me on to a physical therapist. He insisted I receive a cortisone shot without a proper diagnosis, he believed it would fix my problem. The physical therapist was able to diagnose me, the doctor was not. She also informed me that the doctors previous advice of wearing a brace probably did more damage than it helped. I refuse to see Dr. Zafonte anymore. A doctor should not be googling things in front of a patient, especially when they're wrong! If a patient tells you their body does not agree with a certain medication you should listen!
