I feel very comfortable with Dr Balcom. We freely discussed options and he listened to my input and we reached an agreed plan.

I questioned having to have another ultrasound because they are expensive. His comment was he will be helping me meet my deductible. I don't want to have to spend 4,000. I thought that was very unprofessional.

he was great, but the wait time was horrible. he was very through and did not seem rushed. I'm assuming that he has been forced the schedule too many appointments during the day which is unfair to the patients who have to wait.
