Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare is pleased to have the opportunity to provide valuable health, safety and wellness services to Southeast Wisconsin employers.

Our collaboration with many entities offers the best of all services wrapped into a comprehensive and custom designed package, enabling you to improve the overall health of your employees as well as family members – all while helping you save dollars in health care costs.
Our program focuses on continuity of care, wellness and safety education, and prevention. Our service options include: worksite wellness, occupational medicine, rehab, and mental wellness. Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, through our Healthy Connections™ programs, is committed to providing employers with high quality patient care in a proactive and cost-effective model with added convenience for their associates and families.
At Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare we offer two options: a package of services or the option of customizing and selecting only the services that best meet your company’s specific requirements.
