Employee Assistance Program

Employers know that healthy, happy employees are their most valuable assets. Many employers in the area are pleased to offer the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

The Employee Assistance Program is a FREE, confidential and professional consultation service for employees and families of participating employers offering assistance with a variety of personal issues:

  • Alcohol or drug abuse issues
  • Anxiety
  • Family Problems
  • Financial trouble
  • Grief
  • Marriage difficulties
  • Stress

A large portion of your day is spent at work. Problems of everyday living can have an effect on your ability to perform your job well. Your employer understands that a number of issues can detrimentally affect your job and offers you and your family this EAP benefit to help.

Experienced Counselors
The Employee Assistance is a team of experienced professional counselors who have expertise in the areas of mental health, alcohol and other drug abuse issues and employee assistance work. The EAP team will work closely with you to provide professional, confidential and high-quality service.  There are four convenient locations to assist you in Milwaukee, Racine, Burlington and Kenosha. 

To find out if your employer is enrolled in the Employee Assistance Program in the Milwaukee area, just call (414) 389-2988 and ask to speak to an EAP staff member. If you need assistance in the Burlington, Kenosha, or Racine area, please call (262) 687-2777. A convenient appointment will be set within 24-48 hours for employees and their families of participating employers. At that time, you can discuss your concerns in an objective, caring setting.
