From the east:
Take I-94 West to exit #297 – US-18/Hwy Y
(Also known as Bluemound Road/Barker Road)
Turn right (north) onto Barker Road
Continue on Barker Road to North Avenue
At the roundabout, merge right (east) onto North Avenue
Continue on North Avenue to 19333 W. North Avenue
From the west:
Take I-94 East to exit #297 – US-18/Hwy. JJ/Bluemound Road
Keep to the right on the ramp
Follow the cloverleaf to the stop sign
Turn right
Stay in the far left lane
At the lights, turn left and merge onto Bluemound Road
At the next lights, turn left (north) onto Barker Road
Continue on Barker Road to North Avenue
At the roundabout, merge right (east) onto North Avenue
Continue on North Avenue to 19333 W. North Avenue
Parking
You’ll find plenty of free parking at all levels.
- Visitors are encouraged to use the main entrance surface lot, which has convenient access to the hospital’s main entrance. Handicapped parking is available throughout the campus.
- Please note that Elmbrook Memorial is built on a scenic hill. Because of the landscape, there are entrances to the building on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.
- The main entrance is identified as the 3rd floor; the emergency/admitting entrance is on the 2nd floor; and you’ll find the associate/vendor entrance on the 1st floor.
