Visitor Amenities

Our excellent care extends to our visitors

We strive to provide excellent care for our patients and also for our visitors and guests. If at any time during your visit you have questions or a concern, please feel free to speak with a Wheaton Franciscan – Elmbrook Memorial Campus associate or caregiver. Together, we will make your patient’s experience a positive one.

Parking

You’ll find plenty of free parking at all levels. Visitors are encouraged to use the main entrance surface lot, which gives you convenient access to the hospital’s main entrance. Handicapped parking is available throughout the campus.

Please note that Elmbrook Memorial Campus is built on a scenic hill. Because of the landscape, there are entrances to the building on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. The main entrance is identified as the 3rd  floor; the emergency/admitting entrance is on the 2nd floor; and the associate/vendor entrance is found on the 1st floor.

Gift shop
You’ll find a variety of personal items, magazines, gifts, and cards in the Elmbrook Memorial gift shop at the main entrance (3rd floor) lobby. The gift shop is staffed by volunteers and is open:

M-F 9am - 5pm
Sat  10am -2pm
Sun  9am - 3pm

Flower, gift, and mail deliveries
You are welcome to bring plants, flowers, or gifts to a patient you are visiting. Please check with a caregiver before bringing gifts of food or drink. Only Mylar (non-latex) balloons are allowed in patient rooms for allergy protection. Fresh/dry flowers and plants are generally not allowed in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). If you would like to have mail, flowers, balloons, or other gifts delivered to a patient, be sure to tell the vendor both the patient’s first and last names.

Deliveries are made to our main reception desk.

Address:
Elmbrook Memorial Campus
19333 W. North Avenue
Brookfield, WI  53045

We deliver items to patients promptly after they arrive. Mail received after the patient is discharged will be forwarded to a home address. Outgoing mail may be given to the nurse or a volunteer.

WiFi services

Elmbrook Memorial Campus is equipped with free WiFi service. Wireless Internet service is available in lobbies, waiting areas, the cafeteria, and patient rooms. Because the building is primarily brick, coverage may be spotty. We apologize for this inconvenience.
