You're invited! Join Dr. Kaye-Eileen Willard for an educational program about Hypertension (high blood pressure) and how it puts you at risk for other chronic conditions such as: heart failure, cardiovascular disease, stroke, vision loss, dementia, chronic kidney disease, and sleep apnea.

This education series is interactive, and attendees are encouraged to bring their questions for discussion.

Breakfast will be served at 8 am; the program will be held from 8:30 - 9:30 am.

*This program is free; however, registration is required as seating is limited.

**If your class required payment, refunds will be given if class cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. Full refund given for any class cancelled by the site.
