Agboola Awomolo, MD

Agboola AwomoloMedical School: University of Illinois

Agboola Awomolo, MD is originally from Nigeria and moved to the United States with his family in 2002. He attended college at Southern Illinois University – Carbondale and medical school at the University of Illinois – Chicago. Agboola hopes to pursue a fellowship in musculoskeletal imaging.

He enjoys running and playing tennis. Agboola competed in and finished the Chicago Marathon in 2011.

Tom Chen, DO

Medical School: Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine

Tom Chen, DO is a native of New York City and the Northeast region who recently became a transplant to the Midwest. He earned his Bachelor of Science in psychobiology at Binghamton University, a Master of Business Administration in healthcare administration at St. Joseph's University, medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and is a member of ΦBK, ΦΚΦ, and ΣΣΦ. For postgraduate plans, Tom has an interest in pursuing a fellowship in either Musculoskeletal or Breast Imaging.

Being an avid traveler and epicure, he has explored and sampled cuisines in cities such as Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Taipei and Beijing. Having several hours already under his belt, Tom is also on his way towards eventually obtaining his pilot's license. He is known to be particularly handy with the latest technologies and frequently finds novel ways to have it optimize his daily life.

Prasad B. Patel,MD

Prasad PatelMedical School: Rush Medical College

Prasad B. Patel, MD was born and raised in Chicago. He attended Loyola University for undergraduate studies and Rush Medical College for medical school. When asked about his career choices, he says, “To me, Diagnostic Radiology is like piecing together the pieces of the puzzle to come up with the answers … and that's what I would love to do day in and day out.” Despite what people may think about most radiologists, Prasad likes meeting people and enjoys networking.

Prasad has been happily married for a little over three years. Outside of work, he has many hobbies including watching football, reading, cooking and playing around with technology.

Jonathan Lee, MD

Jonathan LeeMedical School: Indiana University School of Medicine

Jon Lee, MD grew up in Carmel, Indiana and attended Indiana University – Bloomington for his undergraduate studies and later at the Indiana University School of Medicine for his medical degree. His internship was in general surgery at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania. Jon recently started Radiology at St. Joseph and has enjoyed the collegial experience immensely.

Jon is happily married and spends most evenings with his two dogs, Elle and Quincy. He enjoys tennis and cycling as well as an undying passion for all Indiana sports, including Big 10 athletics.

Sean London, MD

Sean LondonMedical School: Ross University School of Medicine

Sean London, MD was born and raised in Marin County, California. He went to the University of California – Santa Cruz for his undergraduate degree and then worked and toured the world before deciding to enter the medical field. He obtained his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine. Sean is currently undecided on a specialty thus far but hopes to work in a diverse private practice or hospital after graduating.

Outside of work, Sean's hobbies include traveling, soccer, skiing, golf, tennis and chess.

Michael Mullin, DO - Chief Resident

Michael Mullin

Medical School: Michigan State University - College of Osteopathic Medicine

Mike was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, but eventually moved to East Lansing for high school. He attended Michigan State University (MSU) for his undergraduate biology degree and then proceeded onto MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine. After graduating from medical school, he completed a surgical preliminary year with MSU Surgery before joining St. Joseph’s radiology to pursue a career in interventional radiology. He was recently elected by his peers and staff as chief resident for the upcoming year.

Outside of work, he is happily married to another resident at St. Joseph, Sabina. The two enjoy time with their young daughters, Olivia and Sasha. Mike enjoys exploring Milwaukee with his family, traveling, golfing, skiing, and following his MSU Spartans.

Kai San Edie Cheung, DO

Kai San Edie Cheung, DO

Medical School: Touro University Nevada, College of Osteopathic Medicine

Kai San Edie Cheung, DO was born and raised in Hong Kong and immigrated to San Francisco after graduating from high school. He attended the University of California, Berkeley and majored in molecular environmental biology. After graduation he devoted his research effort in bioinformatics and biophysics. Later Edie attended Touro University Nevada in Henderson, Nevada for medical education and took part in multiple leadership positions as well as a member of Sigma Sigma Phi. He finished his preliminary internal medicine internship at UCSF Fresno Medication Program in Fresno, California.

Edie enjoys cooking, wine tasting and playing badminton during leisure time with his wife.

Alexandre da Silva, MD

Alexander da Silva, MD

Medical School: University of Texas Medical School at Houston

Alex da Silva, MD grew up in Dallas, and he first dipped his toes into the Midwest during his undergraduate years when he attended Washington University in Saint Louis playing Division III soccer and earning a bachelor’s degree in anthropology. He moved back to Texas for his MD at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston before taking on a general surgery internship in Southern California. Alex happily returned to the Midwest to join his new radiology family in Milwaukee.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Clare, playing board games, and pursuing athletic and academic gains.

Vu Tran, DO

Vu Tran, DO

Medical School: Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine

Vu Tran, DO was born and grew up in Los Angeles. He attended the University of California Los Angeles where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. He then moved across the country to Fort Lauderdale where he earned his medical degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Vu completed his preliminary medicine year in Boca Raton, Florida at the Florida Atlantic University before moving to Milwaukee to complete his diagnostic radiology residency. Although he remains open to other sub-specialties, Vu has an interest in pursuing a fellowship in musculoskeletal imaging or interventional radiology.

Outside of work, Vu's interests include traveling, skiing, eating and following his UCLA Bruins. He can often be found playing basketball, at a restaurant or bar, or taking sunset strolls along the river or lakefront.

Mohammed Ahmed, MD

Medical School: Rosalind Franklin University, Chicago Medical School

Mohammed M. Ahmed, MD grew up in Naperville, Illinois. He completed is undergraduate education at Saint Louis University in St. Louis. After completing a major in biology and a minor in philosophy, he attended Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University, where he earned his MD. After medical school, Mohammed completed a preliminary surgery year at Northwestern University. He has an initial interest in interventional radiology but will decide on specialization as his residency progresses.

Mohammed is a sports enthusiast. He played rugby in high school and currently loves to play basketball, football and golf and is now a very passionate Chicago sports fan. Mohammed enjoys spending time with his family, as they are his biggest influence in life.

Chad Mackay, DO

Medical School: Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine

Chad Mackay, DO was born and raised in Washington state. He completed an associate's degree while playing football at Snow College and obtained his bachelor's degree at Brigham Young University where he majored in neuroscience. He then attended Nova Southeastern University for Medical School. Following graduation he moved with his family to Long Island, New York for a transitional year at Stony Brook/Southampton Hospital.

In addition to work, Chad is happily married with two lively children, Shayla and Crew. He enjoys sports, photography, being with family, and helping his wife with her clothing business.

Sabina Mullin, DO

Medical School: Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine

Sabina Mullin, DO was born in Moscow, Russia and immigrated to East Lansing, Michigan when she was four years old. She attended Michigan State University (MSU) for both undergraduate and medical school. Sabina completed a residency in pediatrics at MSU in 2015. Towards the end of her residency, she made the decision to pursue a career in pediatric radiology. So, she will embark on the journey of residency once again.

Outside of work Sabina is married to another resident at St. Joseph Campus, Mike Mullin, DO. In her free time, she enjoys their two young daughters, Olivia and Sasha. She also enjoys exploring Milwaukee's many parks, festivals, museums, restaurants, and beer gardens.
