Billing Consultations
Health care billing is complex and can be rather confusing. Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare is offering you the chance to sit down face-to-face with our billing associates to resolve your outstanding questions.
Schedule appointments
Patients or their authorized representatives can schedule appointments with billing associates. Call for an appointment at (414) 456-3200 or 1-866-960-9100 during the hours of 7:30 am and 6:30 pm.
Please bring copies of your statements, Explanation of Benefits from your insurance carrier, and your insurance card.
Billing associates are able to answer questions related to bills that were for services provided at any Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare or Wheaton Franciscan Medical Group site.
