Schedule a Test or Procedure

For your convenience, you can schedule radiology services at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – All Saints by calling (262) 687-2600.

If your physician has ordered a test or exam for you, your physician’s office will fax the order to the appropriate department.

A list of radiology services is available here.

Lab
If your doctor wants you to have lab tests, they will be ordered in one of the following ways:
  • The doctor’s office can call in your order to one of our lab locations. You can then go to the specified lab location for your test. Your doctor may ask that you return with the results to his or her office.
  • Your physician may give you an order for the test. You then can go to the lab and present the order for testing right after you leave your doctor’s office or at another time of your choosing.
  • If your doctor doesn’t need to see you but requires a lab test, your doctor’s office will tell you when they want you to have the test and send the order to the lab with a request for that date.
You may have most tests done at a Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare Lab even if your doctor is not with Wheaton Franciscan Medical Group. Simply bring your physician’s order to one of our lab locations.

A physician’s order is required for all lab tests. Lab tests are not scheduled by appointment, and all patients are accommodated as quickly as possible. TIP: Early morning hours are typically busy because of lab orders that require fasting.

A list of lab services and locations is available.

All other exams or tests are typically scheduled through your physician’s office. You may need to check with your insurance company to see if you need authorization or a referral for some tests.

When scheduling your appointment, you will receive important information about:
  • Your schedule time
  • Date
  • Location
  • Preparation instructions
  • Details about where you should park, check in, and register

In some cases, depending upon the test, you may also receive a phone call from our Pre-Registration department before your visit to review pre-registration information and instructions.
