All Saints has a Patient and Family Advisory Council with the goal of improving the experience our patients and their families have while in our care. The Council began in August 2012. To date, the Council has made recommendations in the following areas:

  • Ambulatory surgery environment
  • Inpatient renovation
  • Products for nursing
  • Billing processes
  • Spiritual care services
  • Signage
  • Dress code
  • Campus safety
