Cafeteria
Visitors are welcome to eat in our cafeterias.

Spring Street Campus (located on the lower level)  Serving Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Seven days a week:
6:30 – 10 am
11:00 – 3:30 pm
4:30 – 7 pm


1320 Wisconsin Avenue
Lunch is served until 1 pm on weekend.  There is no dinner service on weekends.

Chapel
Patients, families, and staff are welcome in our chapels for quiet reflection, meditation, and prayer at any time.  On the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - All Saints Spring Street Campus, a chapel is on the 1st floor near the gift shop.  An ecumenical chapel, St. Luke's Chapel, is located on the 3rd floor of the St. Luke's Health Pavilion.  There is also a chapel at All Saints at 1320 Wisconsin Avenue.


Courtesy van
Catch the courtesy van in various parking lots on the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – Spring Street Campus. It’s a convenient way to get around our campus. Call: (262) 687-RIDE

Flowers
Flowers will be delivered to a patient's room, but are prohibited in some units, including the Intensive Care Unit.
Mail, plants, and flowers will be accepted on most units, but visitors should check with the nurse before bringing gifts of food and drinks to patients.  Only Mylar (non-latex) balloons are allowed in patient rooms.  In the Intensive Care Unit, live plants and flowers are not allowed, and please check with the nurse regarding any other gifts.
 

Gift shops

  • The Spring Street gift shop, located on the 1st floor, is open seven days a week, excluding holidays. Hours are:
    • Monday through Friday: 9 am – 6 pm
    • Saturday and Sunday: noon – 3 pm.

  • The Wisconsin Avenue gift shop, located on the 1st floor near the main entrance, is open six days a week, excluding holidays.
    • Monday through Friday: 9 am – 6 pm
    • Saturday: 11 am – 3 pm
    • It is closed on Sundays

Inside each shop, you’ll find lovely gift items for patients, newborns, family, and staff. You’ll also find flowers, candy, and cards. The Spring Street shop carries magazines and the Racine Journal Times newspaper (Wisconsin Avenue does not carry these items).


Library

On the Spring Street Campus, the library and Community Resource Center is on the 1st floor near the main entrance of the hospital.
  • A fax machine is available only for sending faxes, not receiving. 
  • A photocopier is also available to copy medical related papers at no charge. 
  • If you are interested in checking out books or AV materials or using the Internet, please stop by the library to fill out a registration form.
  • The library is open Monday through Friday: 8 am – 4:30 pm

Mail
Volunteers or nursing staff members deliver mail to patients’ rooms. Mail received after the person is discharged will be forwarded to a home address. You can give outgoing mail to the nurse or a volunteer.

Newspapers
You can buy local newspapers in the gift shop on the Spring Street Campus.
Other newspapers are available outside the main entrance at 3801 Spring Street.

Parking
Free parking is available at our sites.

Free valet parking is available at the Cardiovascular Institute and Atrium entrances on the Spring Street campus.

Smoking
Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – All Saints is a totally tobacco-free/smoke-free campus. For the health of our patients, visitors, and staff, smoking or the use of tobacco products is not allowed anywhere on our campuses or physician offices.

Spiritual services
Your spiritual wellness is important to us. Our ecumenical chaplaincy staff offer comfort and spiritual support to you and your family. Chaplains are available to listen to you as you face important decisions or find yourself wanting to find new meaning and purpose.

In addition to personal conversations with the chaplain, our spiritual services team serves as patient and family advocates and regularly attends family meetings and care conferences. They’re also available anytime to help you as you face clinical and ethical decisions.

Vending machines
Vending machines for snacks and beverages are next to the cafeteria and in the Emergency Care Center waiting area on the Spring Street Campus. Vending machines are available 24 hours a day.

Vending machines are available in several waiting room areas as well.
