Injured at work?
Our specially trained Emergency Care Center staff has evaluated and treated you. You have received initial emergency care and may need follow-up for your work injury. You have likely already notified your employer about your work injury or condition prior to medical evaluation.

Following your evaluation, your employer should also be informed of your diagnosis, treatment, work restrictions and upcoming appointments through discussion and by providing a copy of the Work Status Report completed during the medical evaluation.

If follow-up care was recommended by the Emergency Care Center physician, please contact Occupational Health Services at (262) 687-6150 to schedule an appointment. You should make this appointment as soon as possible or Monday morning if you were treated on a weekend.

Our Patient Care Philosophy
Approach each patient with dignity and respect, listen critically to the patient’s account of the injury or condition, gather additional information when necessary, evaluate the facts and circumstances fairly, restore the patient to optimal health, and be available to communicate openly with all responsible parties.

If you have an injured or ill employee who was treated at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – All Saints and are seeking information about that specific employee, please call (262) 687-5415.
