Lakeshore Manor, a member of Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, is a 50-bed skilled nursing facility offering transitional and long term care. We’re located on the 4th and 5th floors of All Saints at 1320 Wisconsin Avenue in Racine, Wisconsin. Visitor information

• Recommended visiting hours are 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Visitors are welcome at other times as well; please check with a nurse before your visit.
• Visitor meals are available for purchase with 24-hour notice or at the 1320 Café on the 1st floor.
• A gift shop is located on the 1st floor near the elevators. Gift items, beverages and snacks are available for purchase.
• Lakeshore Manor is a smoke- and tobacco-free facility. This includes buildings, parking lots, structures and any vehicles parked on the grounds.
• Wireless Internet access is available for your convenience.
