Q. How can I pay my patient balance?
A. We offer the following payment options:
Mail
You may pay by mail using a credit card, check, or money order. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. Make check or money order payable to the hospital where the service was received, and include your account number.

Please contact the Business Office at (877) 304-6332 to make a payment.
Online
You may pay your bill online using credit card at
www.mywheaton.org/billpayment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Cards.
In person
If paying by cash, please go to the Cashier Window at All Saints, Elmbrook Memorial, Franklin, St. Francis, St. Joseph, The Wisconsin Heart Hospital, or any of the Wheaton Franciscan Medical Group offices.
Q. Do I have to pay my co-payment at the time of service?
A. Yes, you are expected to pay your estimated co-payment for the services that are provided.
Q. When will I receive a bill?
A. If your insurance information was verified when you registered, you will not receive a bill until:
- Your insurance company has paid the claim, leaving a coinsurance, deductible, or non-covered services.
- Your insurance company has denied the claim and indicated patient responsibility.
- Your insurance company has not responded to the claim.
Q. What if I get more than one bill?
A. You may receive multiple bills from other professionals. These bills are for services provided by independent physicians, anesthesiologists, radiologists, or other professionals. If you have questions about a specific bill, please call the phone number listed on that bill.
In addition, you may receive multiple bills from Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. We make every attempt to provide you with a combined hospital and physician statement, but there are times when the registration information may vary between accounts. If you incorrectly receive multiple bills, please contact Customer Service.
Q. When do I become responsible for my bill?
A. You are legally responsible for your bill at the time you receive services. We require all patient balances be paid by the due date listed on your statement.

A. Wheaton Franciscan customer service representatives are available to help you over the phone with any questions or concerns you may have about your bill.

Q. How can I get an itemized bill?
A. Call the Customer Service Department at 877-304-6332 and request that a copy of your itemized bill be sent to you. Be sure to communicate the Account Number from your statement if you are leaving a message.
