WFMG Practices Achieve 90th Percentile Performance for Diabetes Care

Wheaton Franciscan Medical Group physicians, advanced level practitioners and their respective clinical teams in Southeast Wisconsin have achieved the 90th percentile performance in Diabetes care, when compared to benchmarks established by the Wisconsin Collaborative for Health Care Quality (WCHQ) for diabetes testing, control and monitoring.

The Diabetes Index is a composite quality metric which includes: A1c testing and control; LDL testing and control; kidney function screening; and blood pressure control. This comprehensive index serves as a key marker to showing excellence in diabetes care and management.
